Responsibility
- Assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing daily engineering operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
