Responsibility
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of integrated systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and user manuals.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
- Conduct system performance analysis and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Assist in project planning, including timeline estimation and resource allocation.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in systems integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in systems integration, automation, or technical support (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, or industrial automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, IoT systems, or embedded systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or project deployments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
