Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment.
- Support the implementation of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and logs.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in public transport or infrastructure.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with engineering software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
