Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in the daily monitoring and optimization of chemical production processes.
- Conduct routine quality control tests and analyze data to ensure adherence to safety and product specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, process reports, and project updates for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in coordinating preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with all local safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions to resolve technical issues on the plant floor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, mass transfer, and thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of industrial software or AutoCAD is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment in Nilai.
