  • Drive financial transformation projects, including system migrations, automation initiatives, and process standardization across global entities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to align R2R strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of R2R functions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards while maintaining robust internal controls and audit readiness.
  • Mentor and coach finance teams on best practices in financial reporting, close processes, and data integrity.
  • Partner with external auditors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth audits and resolve complex accounting issues.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in financial technology (e.g., ERP systems, AI, RPA) and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience in process automation, data analytics, or digital finance tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
