Responsibility
- Develop and implement organisation-wide OD strategies and initiatives.
- Lead change management processes to support organisational growth and transformation.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities.
- Conduct organisational assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align OD initiatives with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through effective training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and make data-driven recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organisational development matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in organisational development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful OD strategies.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Certification in OD or related fields (e.g., PROSCI, SHRM) is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
