Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure and facilities operations across multiple sites in Bali, ensuring high availability, security, and reliability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT and facilities management, aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of IT systems, networks, and facilities to support business continuity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess needs, recommend solutions, and ensure seamless integration of technology and facilities services.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and data protection policies.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and sustainable practices in facilities management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations, IT systems, and facilities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, cloud computing, and facilities management best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with local regulations, compliance standards, and data protection laws in Indonesia.
- Certifications in IT (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) or facilities management (e.g., CFM) are highly desirable.
