Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end analysis of business processes within the LOG division, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-backed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, document, and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with Bosch’s global standards.
- Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational clarity.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of process changes and report insights to management.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across teams.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and integrating new technologies or tools into existing workflows.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure seamless system-process alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, logistics, or operational improvement roles.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certification is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
