Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Oasia cluster.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within corporate and MICE segments.
- Mentor and lead a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Manage key account relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with revenue management and marketing departments to optimize pricing and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth within the Singapore hotel industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial KPIs.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
