Responsibility
- Oversee clinical operations and governance to ensure strict adherence to dialysis safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Provide strategic mentorship and leadership to nursing managers and clinical teams across multiple centers.
- Monitor and improve patient outcomes by analyzing clinical data and implementing evidence-based care standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment workflows and patient experience.
- Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to maintain excellence in renal care delivery.
- Manage resource allocation and staff development programs to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) standards and internal organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of nursing experience, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record in clinical governance, quality assurance, and infection control within a hospital or dialysis setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of healthcare data management.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and regulatory framework.
