Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of energy sustainability strategies for clients across commercial, industrial, and public sectors in Bali and Indonesia.
- Design and implement energy efficiency programs, renewable energy projects, and carbon reduction initiatives to meet sustainability targets.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and international partners to align projects with national and global sustainability frameworks (e.g., Paris Agreement, SDGs).
- Conduct energy audits, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to identify opportunities for energy optimization and cost savings.
- Manage and mentor a team of sustainability professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on energy sustainability best practices and emerging trends.
- Represent Flintex Consulting at industry conferences, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to promote thought leadership in energy sustainability.
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in energy sustainability, renewable energy, or energy efficiency, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing energy projects, including feasibility studies, audits, and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, regulations, and policies in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, with knowledge of global sustainability standards.
- Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or international organizations on sustainability projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
