Responsibility

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions for the MRT project.
  • Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to track deliverables, timelines, and budget allocations.
  • Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including amendments, addendums, and correspondence.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks by conducting thorough contract analyses.
  • Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes or clarifications.
  • Support the preparation of progress reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met in alignment with project goals and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MRT or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
