Responsibility
- Lead the design, analysis, and planning of civil and structural engineering works for high-profile construction projects.
- Prepare and review detailed design calculations, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into project designs.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Oversee the implementation of structural systems, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and deliver results on schedule.
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of international building codes, seismic design standards, and construction best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work in multicultural teams and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
