Responsibility
- Assist in managing and coordinating wedding and event bookings from inquiry to execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Create tailored proposals and contracts for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to showcase venue capabilities and services.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design customized menus and catering options.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and operational teams to deliver flawless events.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
