Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the Bali market.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development metrics to senior management.
  • Represent Teckwah Industrial Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact business operations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in competitive environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in or with international markets, with a deep understanding of the Indonesian business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as needed.
