Responsibility
- Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring seamless service and sales execution.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Deliver personalized, high-touch customer service to VIP clients, ensuring a luxurious and memorable shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to uphold Cortina Watchâs standards of excellence.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock management, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and brand activations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep passion for luxury watches and the ability to articulate product knowledge confidently.
