Responsibility

  • Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring seamless service and sales execution.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Deliver personalized, high-touch customer service to VIP clients, ensuring a luxurious and memorable shopping experience.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to uphold Cortina Watch’s standards of excellence.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock management, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and brand activations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
