Responsibility
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate information about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Tuku’s standards.
- Handle cash and digital payments with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold Tuku’s customer experience guidelines and brand values.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering great service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Tuku’s operational standards.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
