Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, understand preferences, and deliver personalized service that enhances their experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Develop and introduce new cocktail recipes, staying updated on industry trends and seasonal ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately, providing receipts and managing tabs efficiently.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking in alignment with company policies.
- Participate in team training sessions and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel (minimum 2 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
