Responsibility
- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service standards.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages, adhering to brand recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Monitor beverage costs, control waste, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations for all bar operations.
- Develop and promote creative cocktail menus and seasonal specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to coordinate bar services for events, banquets, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a bar or beverage service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and coffee preparation techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and cost control principles.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
