You will be responsible for overseeing manpower process management, including security operations, while delivering high-level financial analysis reports that guide management decision-making. Responsibility

  • Oversee and monitor security and other manpower-related process management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits across various business units to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial analysis reports and interpret data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Manage the timely liquidation of cash advances and ensure all documentation complies with internal control standards.
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform periodic site inspections and process reviews to mitigate operational risks.
  • Maintain accurate audit logs and documentation for statutory and internal reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in internal audit, compliance, or financial accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
