Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of property inspections, tenant details, and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of reports, budgets, and financial statements for property management.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality property upkeep.
- Assist in marketing and leasing activities, including property viewings and tenant screening.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all property management activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Bali is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
