Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in tax compliance activities, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with strong communication skills in English.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
