As a Field Service Associate, you will provide essential on-site support, including basic air conditioning (AC) maintenance, housekeeping, and logistics assistance. Responsibility
- Assist senior AC technicians in performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs of air conditioning units in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct on-site housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring spaces are presentable and functional for clients.
- Provide logistics support, such as transporting tools, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters, checking for leaks, and reporting any issues to the supervising technician.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for maintenance or repair work.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Document completed tasks, inventory usage, and any issues encountered during service visits for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as AC maintenance, housekeeping, or general maintenance support.
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to interact with clients and team members.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) is preferred for traveling between job sites.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
