Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the tracking, documentation, and maintenance of all company assets, including equipment, property, and inventory.
- Develop and implement asset management policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of asset records, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement) to align asset utilization with business objectives.
- Generate comprehensive reports on asset status, depreciation, and lifecycle costs for management review.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and company standards for asset acquisition, disposal, and transfers.
- Train and mentor staff on asset management best practices and system usage.
- Leverage asset management software to streamline processes and improve data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; certification in Asset Management (e.g., CAMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or retail environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex asset portfolios with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and asset tracking software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom solutions).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership skills with experience in team supervision or process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and depreciation methods is highly desirable.
