Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize the performance of solar power plants to ensure maximum energy generation and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for solar assets, including panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Manage asset documentation, including maintenance logs, performance reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technicians, and external contractors, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all operational activities.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the commissioning and handover of new solar projects, ensuring smooth integration into the existing asset portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants or similar renewable energy systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of PV systems, inverters, SCADA, and energy storage technologies.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with Indonesian energy regulations, grid codes, and safety standards (PLN, MEMR).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and asset management software.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports.
