Responsibility
- Assemble and test hard drives, servers, and data storage components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled units to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct quality inspections and document results to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve assembly or performance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies, tools, and assembly techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hardware assembly, preferably in data storage, servers, or similar electronic components.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow standardized procedures.
- Basic understanding of ESD precautions and workplace safety practices.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
