Responsibility
- Set up, calibrate, and operate printing machinery according to production schedules.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventative checks to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency.
- Conduct expert ink mixing and color matching to meet specific project requirements.
- Monitor production output continuously to maintain high-quality standards and minimize waste.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting of mechanical or operational issues to reduce downtime.
- Document production logs and report equipment performance metrics to the production supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production workflow.
Qualifications
- SPM/STPM/Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Strong understanding of printing machine mechanics and operational troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to distinguish subtle color variations.
- Physical stamina to handle machine parts and stand for extended periods during shift operations.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the production department.
