As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of high-quality mechanical and electrical components, contributing to the success of global operations. If you have a passion for precision, problem-solving, and teamwork, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibility
- Assemble, test, and inspect mechanical and electrical components according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot assembly issues to ensure product integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and supervisors, to optimize production processes.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company and industry regulations.
- Document assembly processes, test results, and any deviations for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies, tools, and assembly techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
