Responsibility
- Assemble and inspect products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the assembly line.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus.
