Responsibility
- Assemble and inspect products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions and assembly diagrams to ensure accuracy.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervisors.
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for entry-level candidates.
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
