Responsibility
- Perform precise mechanical assembly of machinery according to technical blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks to ensure equipment meets performance standards before shipping.
- Manage the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines at client sites, including international locations.
- Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, modifications, and testing results.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide feedback on assembly efficiency and machine improvements.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of production tools and workshop equipment.
Qualifications
- NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, or a related industrial field.
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized precision measuring instruments.
- Demonstrated ability to travel for overseas projects when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
