Responsibility
- Assemble mechanical or electrical components according to detailed blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company specifications and safety regulations.
- Operate various production tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure optimal production flow.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production bottlenecks to the supervisor immediately.
- Document production output and inventory usage accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, assembly instructions, or blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods during shift hours.
- Possess a disciplined mindset with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or digital inventory systems is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
