Responsibility
- Execute assembly processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to ensure daily targets are met consistently.
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to 5S methodology.
- Strictly follow all workplace safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any machine malfunctions or production irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity for repetitive assembly tasks.
- Ability to work on shifts (day/night) as required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malay or English.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks in a standing position for extended periods.
