Responsibility
- Supervise and lead assembly line operators to ensure daily production targets are met on time.
- Monitor production output to minimize defects and maximize line efficiency.
- Coordinate manpower scheduling and provide on-the-job training to new and existing staff.
- Maintain comprehensive production documentation and reporting to track operational KPIs.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all finished goods meet technical specifications.
- Promote a safe working environment by ensuring all team members adhere to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines.
- Troubleshoot assembly line bottlenecks and implement effective, immediate solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse production team.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of managing production reports and data.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on defect reduction and process optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if required.
