Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Tyvek® Roll Goods in the Asia Pacific region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with strategic accounts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Represent DuPont at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the materials science, packaging, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Asia Pacific region.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
