Responsibility

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts following traditional and modern recipes.

  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve consistent quality and texture.
  • Decorate and finish baked goods to meet presentation standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and rotating stock.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal specialties.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in baking or a culinary background is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to undergo a 3-month training program to master baking techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
  • Ability to work early mornings and stand for extended periods.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
