Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and operational strategies to drive growth across all North Luzon dealer units.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and support to branch managers and front-line sales teams.
- Ensure consistent brand delivery and operational compliance across all automotive retail touchpoints.
- Manage inventory levels and distribution logistics to optimize dealer stock and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in North Luzon.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and dealer partners to foster long-term collaborations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in automotive retail, dealership management, or large-scale multi-unit operations.
- Strong understanding of North Luzon market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the North Luzon region as required by business operations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
