Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase brand visibility in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure product availability and promotional execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, training sessions, and coaching to enhance team productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and brand standards across all retail outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions, events, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
