Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable beauty and wellness products/services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and promotional offers to effectively engage customers.
- Assist in in-store or virtual demonstrations, promotions, and events to drive brand awareness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales environment (if applicable).
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâfull training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, or retail sales is a plus.
