Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role in the industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales sector.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
