Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including businesses, distributors, and retailers, to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction to foster loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in industrial, B2B, or retail sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for field sales activities.
