Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the Batangas region.
- Identify and prospect new clients while maintaining and growing existing account portfolios.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential industrial clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
