Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade activations, and product launches.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, market insights, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product availability and visibility.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and provide on-the-ground support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
