Responsibility
- Develop and execute in-store promotional activities to drive product visibility and sales in assigned retail outlets.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with distributors and retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and stock availability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective merchandising and promotional tactics.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with promotional guidelines and address any issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail promotion, or FMCG (preferably in a non-managerial role).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving promotional success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Cangcu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
