Based in one of Bali’s prime business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you will leverage your deep understanding of telecommunications, internet services, and digital infrastructure to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the assigned Bali region.
- Identify, engage, and nurture key accounts in hospitality, corporate, and SME sectors to drive adoption of ISP and ICT solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points in Bali’s digital infrastructure landscape.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions (e.g., fiber optics, cloud services, network security) that align with client requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from proposal development and negotiations to contract closure and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums in Bali to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in the ISP, ICT, or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of ISP services (fiber, broadband, dedicated internet) and ICT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, VoIP, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to meet clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
