Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the assigned region.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including schools, universities, training centers, and corporate partners, to promote educational services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term contracts and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the education sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the education market in Bali, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
