Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets in assigned territories.
- Expand market coverage and distribution networks to maximize product visibility and accessibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
- Design and implement promotional strategies to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and sales execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
