Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel platforms (OTAs).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions and packages tailored to target audiences.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing tailored solutions.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in sales forecasting and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of Baliās tourism market.
