Responsibility
- Lead and manage the sales team in Bali to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase product distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
