Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets for consultants.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts based on market analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants to drive performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
